1. Return Eligibility

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products due to health and safety reasons.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
